Unique ideas for window coverings?

Any suggestions for bedroom windows, something different to the usual curtains or blinds. I would like wooden blinds, but the budget does not allow for them.

On the cheap side that sell stained glass window designs on the type of plastic stick that I cut to size and just set against the glass of a self stick, no glue or adhesive involved. We're going to light while allowing privacy. Another idea I have used is a garden window. Get Some carriers are beautiful and the use of wood or glass (I used thick glass for better lighting) for the shelf. For a standard window should be about four or five shelves. I used mine herbs and vegetables in the kitchen. In the bedroom you can use whatever you want. Moreover, Vining plants like ivy if you put on a high shelf cascade down givig window a natural casing.
