What type of curtains are ....?

I never bought the curtains before in my life ... the house is moved to the curtains custom made ... anyway. They are on a pulley system ... and attached to a flat bar with little loops, then these small pins go into the pockets in the shade, then engage the pin into the loop on the bar ... then use pulley system, open and close and pick up. I am sure that is such an easy term for this haha! I need to know what kind of curtains is that I can buy! They are topped tab and do not have a sleeve I slip into a hot rod ... are heavy and light blocking curtains .... but what do you call the pulley system?
