My new TC 400 cotton sheets are wrinkled! Help!?

I just brought a new bed linen range 400TC 100% cotton. I put through the washer and dryer (like the instructions said) and left all the wrinkles. Is this a feature of cotton clothes? Will I have to IRON my sheets every time you wash?! - Or is there a trick you can use to help prevent all these wrinkles. Thanks in advance!

All My greatest number of threads leaf wrinkled leaves and yes, I do iron the pillowcases and the top of the top sheet. It seems be the nature of quality. However, the softness is so worth it.
